1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VividBreeze Knitworks website, courses, community forums, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Enrollment and Payments

All course purchases are final once payment is processed. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processor.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be submitted via the Contact page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, patterns, knitting tutorials, and course materials, is owned by VividBreeze Knitworks or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial use within purchased courses.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or share illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not harass, bully, or impersonate other users.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of instructors and fellow community members.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services.

7. Community Guidelines

Our goal is to create a welcoming space for knitters of all skill levels. We encourage constructive feedback, kindness, and sharing of projects. Violating community guidelines may result in removal from the Fallows community and suspension of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

VividBreeze Knitworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
